What a busy and brilliant week we've had in class! We’ve conquered our place value unit in maths like true number ninjas, sharpening our skills and confidence. In English, we travelled back in time to the world of Beowulf, stepping into his mighty boots to write diary entries full of bravery and battles, we can't wait to read on to find out who wins! Science got hands-on as we tested materials for magnetism, hardness, and flexibility—turns out, not everything bends to our will! In history, we became Anglo-Saxon explorers, mapping out the ancient kingdoms and discovering where they settled across the UK, they clearly didn't like the coldness of the Scottish lands. And in DT, we’ve taken our first steps into the world of computer-aided design, creating digital badge designs that will be 3D printed and sewn onto our hats in Autumn 2. We’re mixing creativity with technology—and we can’t wait to see our designs come to life! We hope you have a wonderful weekend and we will see you ready for another brilliant week on Monday.
