Educational Trips
At Wood Fold we aim to provide vital learning experiences outside of the classroom. We believe that going on school trips helps students gain real-world experience that cannot be taught in a classroom, opening their minds to different cultures and strengthening their knowledge of the world around them. We offer trips to each class in school, either at the start of their learning to act as a hook or stimulus, or at the end which allows children to contextualise and apply the learning they have been taught. Our aim is to ensure that there is a breadth of trip experiences, including fieldwork, residentials and community projects, which provides our children with real cultural capital.
