It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know everyone this week and I can’t wait for the year ahead! The children have all settled in well into Year 4 and are working extremely hard already! I am extremely impressed.

In English, Year 4 have started reading the ‘The Great Chocoplot’ and we have really enjoyed exploring the main character Jelly and her family as well as getting to know Garibaldi Chocolati. Is it really the end of chocolate forever? We are dying to find out!

 In Geography, we have carried out our fieldwork where we have been exploring 4 different plots around school. We have answered geographical questions displayed in a questionnaire to gather information and help us decide which is the safest and most appropriate plot to build a sensory garden.

 A polite reminder about our ‘Meet the Teacher’ evening on Tuesday 9th September at 6:00pm . We look forward to meeting you all.
