Welcome back Y3P, I hope you all had a lovely Easter! 

In Science, the children have investigated which items are magnetic and which are non magnetic. The children discovered iron, steel and nickel are the magnetic metals. The children used magnets and different objects to discover their findings,

In Maths, the children have been adding and subtracting fractions.

In Art, the children began our next topic ‘Pottery’ the children explored different examples. They looked at Ancient Egyptian, Ancient Greek pottery and prehistoric pottery. 

In History, the children learnt about Pharaohs and how they were rulers of Ancient Egypt. 

To end the week, the children had a wonderful first session down in Forest School. They had fun exploring the Forest and seeing the new changes to our Forest School.
