The weeks are flying by in Y3P! I have been really impressed with how well the children have worked this week, they should be really proud of themselves!

In Maths, the children have learnt about horizontal and vertical lines and parallel and perpendicular lines.

In English, the children have sequenced events throughout chapters 19-21 and they have retrieved evidence from the text to show when Hal was feeling hesitant, frightened and on edge.

In Geography, the children have looked at different mountainous regions across the UK.

In Science, the children have looked at how reflection works and how light travels.

In DT, the children explored how to make pieces of wood secure by adding strengthening triangles. They worked out top tips for gluing pieces of wood together.
