Welcome back to our final half term together in Y3P!

In English, we have started to read our new text 'The Highland Falcon Thief', the children have created a role on the wall on Uncle Nat as well as thinking about Hal's thoughts & feelings as he boards the impressive locomotive. 

In Geography, we have started to explore our new topic on Mountains. The children looked at features of a mountain including: peak/summit, base, face, ridge, mountain ranges and plateau. 

In Maths, the children have continued learning about time, they have looked at: AM and PM, years, months and hours.

On Thursday, the children were exceptional on our trip to 'Bolton Museum' to consolidate their learning on the Ancient Egyptians.The children took part in an informative workshop, all of the children completely immersed themselves and really showcased all of their knowledge! The children then had the time to explore Boltons History, Nature and the Aquarium. It was a wonderful day from start to finish I am really proud of you all!
