Good Afternoon!

On Monday, we recieved another parcel in English, this week it was the book 'My Cat likes to hide in boxes'. The children have continued to support Professor Klunk on his quest by ensuring they use the codes he has asked throughout their pieces of work.

In Maths, the children have been looking at '1 more' of numbers up to 10 and they have also been counting counting forwards and backwards up to 10.

In Science, the children have continued to look at different animal diets and group animals into Herbivores, Carnivores and Omnivores.

In PSHE, we looked at our INSPIRE school ethos and how we can ensure that we consistenty strive to do our best.

In Art, we explored the primary and secondary colours. The children mixed the colours together independently to make orange, green and purple. 

On Thursday, we headed down to the forest and had lots of fun again! The children had the opportunity to create a class wreath out of conkers! The children will continue to complete this next sessions, pictures to follow!

Homework books have been sent home, with two sounds write activies, based on the sound we have been doing /ai/.
