Good Afternoon!

In English, we have been exploring the book ' Angelica Sprocket's Pockets' the children have described Angelica, predicted what they think her house would look like and designed a new pocket for her overcoat! 

In Science, the children have explored the 5 senses. They completed a carousel of activities involving: listening, smelling, touching, looking and tasting. We then discussed which body part we used in order to be able to complete the caraousel. 

In Geography, we began looking at the different compass points. We then discussed different mnemonics to use when remembering the compass points: North, East, South and West.

In Art, the children have completed their final pieces based on a piece of Kandinksy's artwork! The children worked incredibly well.

It was wonderful to see all of the children wearing yellow in support of World Mental Health Day! Please find pictures attached!
