We've had another great week in Year 3 this week. 

In Maths, we have finished our unit on Place Value. This week we looked at comparing and ordering numbers to 1,000 and also counting in our 50s. 

In English, we carried on reading our class text, 'The Abominables'. The yetis were successfully transported to Farley Towers, however shortly after their arrival, they were kidnapped and shipped to Antarctica by the Hunter's Club. Can Con and Ellen save them before its too late? 

In Geography, we looked at the different types of farming: Arable, Pastoral and Mixed. We explored what is included in each type of farming and what the purpose is. 

You should have received your child's Christmas Card Design. If you would like to purchase any of the items, you can place an order on line, however, your child must return their design before the closing date.
