We've had a fabulous week in Year 3 again this week!
In Maths, we have continued with our Place Value topic and the children have been using number lines to 1,000 and finding 1, 10, or 100 more or less.
In English, we have continued reading 'The Abominables'. The children wrote some fantasic diary entries from Lady Agatha's perspective of what has happened in the book so far!
In Science, we were looking at what would happen if a flower didn't have the different parts of a plant that it needs to survive.
In Art, we continued to look at the artist Wlliam Morris. We specifically looked at one of his pieces called 'A Vision of Nature' and discussed our opinions of this piece of artwork.
In PSHE, we have continued to discuss the importance of laws, whether they govern the class, school or country. The children came up with some great ideas and a great discussion was had!
I hope you all have a fantastic weekend!
