15.5.26
Date: 15th May 2026 @ 3:42pm
This week in Year 4, we have been very busy across all our subjects.
In Maths, we have continued learning about money by solving different problems and have also started exploring time, focusing on days, months, years, as well as minutes and hours.
In English, we wrote a recount from the perspective of Bran, describing his experience of witnessing the Brigante attack.
In Science, we learnt about the parts of the ear and how sound travels through it to reach the brain.
In DT, we taste-tested a variety of ingredients, thinking carefully about texture, taste and whether we would like them on our pizzas.
In History, we explored the legacy of the Romans, including the importance of concrete.
For homework this week, pupils have RE Carousel, spellings and TT Rockstars to complete.
