This week in Drawing Club, we explored the classic tale Jack and the Beanstalk. The children absolutely loved diving into the story! They drew some fantastic giants and let their imaginations run wild as they created new plants that could grow from a magic bean.

In maths, we continued to build our understanding of the numbers 9 and 10. The children have been busy exploring different ways to make 10 and have shown lots of confidence and enthusiasm in their learning.

The children looked carefully for signs of spring this week, spotting buds, new leaves, birds and tiny shoots peeking through the soil. 

All week, the children have been practising very hard for their Mother’s Day assembly, and what a beautiful performance they gave today! A huge well done to all the children for their effort and bravery. We hope all our wonderful mums enjoyed it. 💐💕
