Intra Sport Competition
The latest intra sport competition the children have been taking part in is based on tennis. Here, the children had 60 seconds to see how many tennis ball tap ups they could complete without dropping the ball on the floor. This challenge required lots of concentration, hand eye coordination and balance. Below are the results from each year group.

Tennis Star
Congratulations to Lyla (Y6) on her recent tennis success. Lyla competed in two tennis tournaments, both of which were set in Leeds. The first tournament, which was held back in January, seen Lyla take part in a under 14s competition. Lyla made it all the way to final, and we are pleased to announce that she won and came away with the gold. Recently, Lyla competed in the Leeds under 16s open, were she played against children in high school. Yet again, Lyla won all of her matches and was crowned queen of the court, winning the overall tournament. An amazing achievement from Lyla, who should be extremely proud of her performance. We would like to wish Lyla the best of luck leading into her Spring competitions.
