This week we continued to learn about worms and the children wrote facts about them. We made a wormery and will be watching closely to see if we can see evidence of them moving around.

 

In art, we have looked at pictures of butterflies and the children used a mirror to complete a drawing of a butterfly, they then drew a bigger version in their sketchbook which they painted and printed.

 

In Maths, we have continue learning about number from 10 – 20. The children matched different representations to the correct numeral and enjoyed playing the missing number game.

 

We have taken advantage of the warm weather and spent lots of time playing outside in the water area. The children showed lots of ingenuity making water travel in different ways.
